Community Moving did a great job moving piano. Travis and his crew handled the pick up, unfortunately I don’t have any photos of the pick up. Curtis and his crew delivered yesterday. Great job on both ends, wonderful guys with great personalities!

Just had my 156-box shipment from overseas delivered and couldn’t be happier with Travis, Andre, Jay and Thomas in charge. They were fast and listened to where I wanted everything, which meant a lot. They also were wizards at reassembling some tricky items. A+ service!

Updating this to add a 5th star and add more positive comments after having received both a refund and damage payment within a little over a week of the completed move. The move went very smoothly. I highly recommend this company! Customer service was excellent and despite a bit of damage to a sofa the crew was very good too. Michael in sales and Teresa who coordinated the move were very helpful and responsive. Thx very much to both! My damage claim was processed with great efficiency. And a refund due because my load was less than anticipated was equally easy. I Found the company to be very reputable despite being in an industry that has serious service problems and can be difficult in many ways.

Community Moving & Storage was our agent for an interstate move last summer. The experience with the local estimator and move coordinator started well, but this soon when off course when packing day came: the lead packer who came to our home was argumentative, mislabeled box contents, brought many used, dirty boxes when we paid for new...but the crowning glory was when she packed our toilet brush in the same box with our dish drainer. This only foreshadowed what was to come. During the move-out, our front door frame was damaged, requiring repair. The house has as double door, but the movers were too lazy to open both sides. When we took pictures of the damage, the lead mover came over, upset with us, and started painting over the damage with finger dipped in the wrong color paint. In anoth
