They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the quality of their work is excellent. The cleanup was spotless — the whole team took pride in leaving everything better than they found it. They even went above and beyond by bringing my mail to the door and taking care of my trash when the garbage pickup was missed. When we met Vic at an estimate for our roof replacement he made us feel worry free with questions and concerns we had. His motto was whatever my customer needs will be #1 priority! His price was more than half off other companies no lie. Once the contract was set forth we found out no money down until after the work was done!? Wow ok we thought here's a guy with confidence in his ability to do great work. He was right leading up to our install day he communicated with us over and over to make sure we were ready. Absolutely recommend Community Pro Roofing! After getting multiple quotes for a roof replacement, I initially chose to use a different company which turned out to be a scam. I called Community Pro back to see if they might be able to still get it done because the roof Had to be replaced before winter. Vic was very responsive, got me an estimate and scheduled the next step fast! They showed up on time, walked me through what to expect, the project manager kept me informed throughout the day, explained everything in a way I understood and showed pictures of the issues found. I had to have new wood placed because of existing damage which was easy to see with my own eyes and in pictures & they were fast to get it here too. Very respectful, informative, and top notch. No hidden costs. The best!
