Community Service Parking

Parked here for a Sunday matinee at The Grand. The garage was supposed to close at five but stayed open until the show ended. Unfortunately they did not anticipate the crowds. With no way to pay in advance, every car in the garage was exiting at once. Departing took close to an hour.

They close at 8pm, or pay $50 extra to get your car out. Luckily I noticed the signs. 3+ hrs was $15. The lady at checkout was very nice though.

Easy to get in and get out, find a space. There is always someone at the kiosk so you can ask qs to a "real" person instead of a voice box. The rates are decent at $15 for 8 hrs and I dont have to walk too far to get to the Hercules building. There is another parking near my destination but sometimes those lots are full, so this one keeps me stress-free.

Cost was $ 10 to park . Parking spaces are tight but there was plenty to choose from . And it is caddy corner to the DuPont which was great .

We had a horrible experience at this garage, in fact the attendant wouldn’t let the friends we were with leave without paying an additional $18 in cash. He physically stood in front of the car blocking our way until it was paid. It was insane! We told him we were calling the police & he started shouting “go to Philly, go to NY it would be more there!” We just wanted to get our car & leave. It was suggested that we park there by hotel DuPont because we were attending Jersey Boys. We will Never park there again!
