Ok I’m giving a 5 because they are closer to a 5 than a 4. Price 4.8 Communication 4 Quality of work Roof 4.9 Soffit and gutters 5 Siding 4.9 Trim 4.7 Staff and crews 5 Overall I would rate this company as a 4.8. You’re probably not going to get a better rating from a perfectionist. Are we happy with the results. Absolutely! I have used this company in the past for my rental property and will more than likely use this company again.

COMO Premium Exteriors replaced a wooden-framed, double-hung window in our bathroom with a custom-sized single picture window with a vinyl surround, which is much more appropriate for a bathroom location. They did a great job discussing options, providing estimates in terms of timeframe and cost, maintained excellent communication throughout the process, so we always know what stage our project was at (and gave us a portal to check on status at our leisure), and then actually doing the work. It took about 4-5 hours to install, including work on the exterior, which required them to replace and match some of our siding. We are very pleased with the work and service CoMo Premium Exteriors provided on a unique and very challenging roof job. Josh listened to our needs, and consulted with other experts who helped develop the plan. Our home is built of Structural Insulated Panels, an uncommon but quality construction method. To fix a leaking roof correctly, we needed to have a 2nd layer of OSB installed on top of the existing roof, with venting in between. Kathy stayed in touch the whole time and put two skilled and hard working crews on the job. When some issues arose, Kathy made sure they were taken care of promptly.
