STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM I messaged them and asked for their physical address, which checks out to be a commercial building on Google Maps. However, when I verified the name of their business as Compact Living, he said, "Thank you for visiting our website." And after reading the reviews, they clearly are a scam. Report them to reportfraud.ftc.gov, the BBB, and State Attorney General. Look for other social media platforms.

Ordered our mini home from Compact Living located at 3430 Bunklerhill Dr North Las Vegas back in January and were told we would have it in our possession by May. They asked for a final payment May 21st with an estimated completion date of 5/28/25 and I am still waiting for the mini house! At first they would reply to emails with excuse after excuse about the delays and as of a few weeks ago they stopped replying all together. Sadly it looks like we are out over 30k and will be forced to hire a lawyer to try to recoup our money. I am so disappointed and angered by this situation and hoping no one else falls prey to them! **They just emailed finally after me having to threaten with a lawyer stating they will be starting our home tomorrow and we will have photo updates on Fri. So, we purchased our Tiny Home back in July August, communications at first were good. Then communication start lacking. We finally got our unit in Feb, minus the solar generator, which they said they would get to us. That the had issues with the one. But 3 going on for weeks now and no generator, and contact, no one returns calls or text messages. I would like to post photo of our unit, as it did turn out nice minus the generator. The panels are on the roof, generator box is installed. But no generator. So addition, it is now July middle of the summer, and still no generator, emails most the time go unanswered, when answered there is always and excuse as to why. Although the photos they posted in their video show out unit looks nice but not completed, needs the generator.

This company scammed us out of 3700. They didn't pay for their shipment for all brokers and carriers. Be aware, don't do loads for them.

I worked with Patti and the owner of this small company and found them to be great to work with! Most tiny home companies weren’t even able to accommodate any customization without the prices skyrocketing out of budget. I love my plans of the 2bd1ba 40ft stacked below an upper 1x1 30ft unit with a rooftop deck! I love that everything comes completely finished including solar panels! They went above and beyond for my mountain county’s snow/wind loads and higher rating for insulation requirements. Right now I’m just waiting on income/loan applications after this presidential race to get to homesteading and plan on using this company as soon as I’m able to!!! So thankful for your services and offerings that fit my needs!
