We had Chris from A to Z Compass inspect two different houses for us. Both times, the problems he found saved us more money than what his very resonably priced service charged. He took all the time we needed to go over all the systems of the house and ask questions....not even cutting us short when one meeting was invaded by our small grandchildren. On the second house, he found that the new shingles had been damaged by workmen so he returned to take more pictures and to contact roofing companies about possible fixes, prices, etc. We appreciate his skills and "go the second mile" attitude.
