First time going to Compleat Stair and Steve went above and beyond to help this project, he even consulted his coworker, Bob, to make the design even better. He could have taken this just like any other sales, but he talked to Bob after we completed the purchase coming up with a new caping idea to tie the parts better. Everyone is knowledgeable and is there to make a smooth process. From the moment we decided on the parts, their guys already put everything together, including new cuts and joints. I expect to continue to use their services for future projects soon.

They do not honor their pricing. What's the point of an estimate, if I can't trust the price that's quoted. 2 occasions in the past 8 months. Will not ever use them again and would not refer anyone to their business.

We can’t say enough good things about this company as a whole. We were in a bind with our remodel/ new construction of our home and they were the ONLY place that was able to have our needs. And they also could custom make anything we might need with just a days notice. Can’t thank Bob, and the team enough. Highly recommended :)

This company is fantastic. We had our stairs updated and it changed the entire look of our house. They actually helped me design the perfect stairs for our house. They are very professional and go above and beyond with customer service. If you are looking to update your stairs you will not be disappointed. We highly recommend Compleat Stair Company!!!!
