Complete Air & Mechanical did a superb job of repairing my heat pump. DJ and Keith came to my home and strategically diagnosed the system found the issue and solved the problem. My heat pump is functioning great now. Thank You Complete Air for sending two exceptional technicians of your company to my home that did a great job of getting my heat pump up and functioning properly again. Julie and Jeanie were extremely nice and kept me well informed every step of the way provided excellent communication with me along the process. Complete Air Mechanical was great. They were responsive and very communicative. They updated me regularly on the status of the technician coming out and the status of the parts that were ordered. And Keith was so helpful. He stayed late one evening, not leaving until he pinpointed and fixed the problem, and he also made sure that the nest thermostat he installed was online and connected to the app properly instead of leaving us to figure it ourselves. My service Man Mark was exceptional. He treated me as though I was a family member. He made sure that I understood everything that was going on.
