I contacted them early in the year. All contact was by text. I was not in a hurry so the slow responses mentioned in other reviews was not an issue. My guess to why the responses are slow is the owner is managing a lot of the business instead of paying someone to do it. This keeps the costs to the customer low. I appreciate the cost being low, IMO. It was a few to several weeks before I received my quote. I had some cracks sealed and the gap to the driveway sealed. Note: I was never bothered or saw anyone come to my home. I know they did though. After we agreed to the quote we were told the service would happen in early June. This was around April. Contacted this company twice for an estimate. First time a woman promised an estimate within tow days in my mailbox. Contacted her the following week and she gave the impression that she had come by but had described certain defects in my driveway that did not exist. Told me that she would email me an estimate within two days. but it never showed up.

Did a great job on my driveway...Very neat and professional.

Called in the beginning of July, came out to measure not once but twice. Gave us a price, we told her we wanted the service done but never heard back. Called back again, left a voicemail and never got a response.
