Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling

From start to finish, Derek was fantastic to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted in order to heat/cool the upstairs of our old farm house that lacked any duct work, but Derek had a much better idea. He installed a heat pump with an air handler in our attic, and was very patient and accommodating with me on some specific details that I required. This installation occurred in 2021 when we were expecting our son, and 3 years later I can’t imagine our boy sleeping upstairs without the system we have in place. We have had a few home contractors over the years, and Complete Comfort is the only one that I am 100% satisfied with.

Derek Dezarn at Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling did a fabulous job on our HVAC installation. It was a difficult attic installation and Derek pulled it off with no problem. He was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. The inspector was very impressed with his work as well. I would highly recommend Complete Comfort for any HVAC work.

He responded to my inquiry about a quote within a day and he was here within a couple of days to look the system over. He wrote the quote on the spot and still honored his initial quote a month later after I wasted time trying to get other companies to provide quotes. When I awarded the job to him he was ready to do the installation the next day. The quality of his work is top-notch. He showed up for the installation on time and completed on time. Derek helped us right away, did a fantastic job of diagnosing the issues with our 25 year old Carrier furnace, and had it running perfectly that very day! We were also pleasantly surprised with how affordable his services were. He will be our go-to guy for any future HVAC needs that may arise in the future. I highly recommend him!

Derek is the best! Answered my texts after hours on the weekend when our AC went out. Helped try to figure out the problem before even coming over. Was quick, efficient, and friendly when he did come to look at it. Figured out what was wrong immediately, and double checked that everything else was in working order. Stuck to his original quote. He also figured out a way to get our AC working and keep us comfortable while we waited for the part to be delivered and installed. Could not recommend more!
