Complete Construction

We’ve been trying to get paid for completed work for over 60 days, and at this point the lack of response is unreal. We’ve reached out to Connor, who scheduled us, multiple times with no reply. We’ve emailed every contact their office provided, confirmed those emails directly with their staff, and still - nothing. The only person that has acknowledged us is Rich, he confirmed the job and everything.. said office was paying on the link last night... Of course no payment received! Our last communication even stated that we would be filing a formal complaint with DOPL, and yet it seems no one there cares enough to even acknowledge us. This level of unprofessionalism is disappointing, especially when all we’re asking for is payment for work already completed. Hopefully this review gets some

They don’t even know who did my work. They ok decent work, and came back to fix issues a few times. But after a few months, I noticed other issues and reached out to the my job’s supervisor. He told me he retired and to ask the company for help, which yeah that makes sense. When I hit up Complete Construction, they said they didn’t see me as a client in their system. Outlets are janky, ducting under the bathroom vanity isn’t covered and items roll into it regularly (they installed everything and forgot the floor register so they just left it forgotten). In the showers they used some sort of the cheapest caulk or sealant ever or just did it wrong, and it all separated within the first year. The towel racks fell out of the walls, and I had to install them myself (nothing falling out now). S

Not reliable! This company was referred to me by USAA Insurance. I met with Will in early Nov 2025 and he wrote an insurance estimate for damage to the exterior brick of my house. Since then, communication broke down, promises weren't kept, messages and texts were not returned. The repairs were never scheduled or started. No idea what happened or why. Moving on with another contractor.

This business seems closed or out of business. No one answers the door, no one answer the phone. Different company name on the door. They do not do the work themselves and then do not want pay their subcontractors that do the actual work. Anyone and everyone should be very worried about working with them.
