We have Florida Tile in our kitchen. Over the past 7 years, the grout went from white to black. My wife tried her darnedest to keep the grout clean but to no avail. Two days ago, Kevin Shutt, appeared at our front door. He immediately got down to business and brought back the beauty of the white grout for the first time in years! Kevin has cleaned our carpets - on and off - for the past 20+ years. He's damned good at what he does and is the consummate professional. This time he made our kitchen, hallway, and foyer tile LOOK LIKE NEW again. 5 STARS for a job well done at a very reasonable price.

We are very satisfied with Kevin's carpet cleaning service. He came to look at the carpets, noted some areas that were high traffic areas., and he said he could not promise that he could get that area as clean as the rest of the carpet. We said anything will make it better. He spent four hours on two bedrooms. Long hallway and living/dining room. We highly recommend his company. A neighbor told us about his quality work so we hired him.

Kevin did a great job! The difference in the tiles and grout is amazing. When we bought the house the tiles were beige. I never knew they were actually white!! In less than two hours Kevin made my kitchen floor look like new. He was friendly and professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
