From first meeting to the actual project Richard and his crew have been amazing! He made the during and after pool build landscaping process seamless. They worked hours on end to provide the perfect outcome. He communicated every process and every plant/flower to be put in. Would use over and over again for any projects!

We use our Pensacola place as a vacation home, and the yard condition had deteriorated badly while we were away for a few months. I tracked down Richard from Complete Grounds Maintenance because of a positive online review I read, and he was very responsive. He sized up my project quickly, put forward a fair price, and arrived with his crew sooner than we had discussed. The CGM crew was like a finely tuned machine in the way they attacked my project. Richard was right there leading the way, and they transformed my front & back yards with amazing efficiency. It was so gratifying to see a good old-fashioned work ethic on display. I highly recommend this company!

Richard and his team did an incredible job cleaning up our overgrown front and back yards in just a few days. They removed and hauled away a bunch of overgrown azaleas, small trees and other unwanted plants, filled in the holes that were left, trimmed other plants and cleaned up afterward. They were super careful not to disturb anything we wanted to keep, which must have been tough in some areas. It’s clear they’re very experienced and professional, and also friendly and easy to work with. Richard is one of the nicest and most helpful people to deal with. And his fees are really reasonable for the services provided. I’ll definitely give Richard a call when we’re ready to replant.
