Tom and Anita are awesome and have been in the area for years. They were able to get the best price and I love supporting a local mom and pop company. Very friendly and people you can trust!

Complete Heating & Cooling replaced our decades old furnace with a newer Rheem furnace that came with a touchscreen thermostat as well as improve the venting pipe system in our garage. We got through our first winter with no problems, which we are grateful for. The crew showed up on time and completed everything within 1 day. Overall, I think they are a solid choice to go with, and it's nice that they are a local company. One tip I might offer is to double check if the thermostat that they will install qualify for utility rebates (if any).

I called Complete Heating, and they sent Ryan, who was the most courteous and professional young man ever. He did some troubleshooting and had to order a part. As soon as it arrived, he called and came right over. He was quick and thorough and had our home heated in no time. Highly recommend Complete Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Especially Ryan!

Have done two services with these guys. Very courteous and reasonable. Recently had a furnace go do down during cold weather and hired another company as CH did not have techs the day of. They did move the appt up once I conveyed it was an emergency. Even though the other company already came out, I kept my appt with them just in case. I accepted the estimate from the other company (who did not get the heat going) and notified CH to cancel my appt. Anita asked for invoice details and shared her opinions on the cost. Long story short, CH got the furnace going on their diagnostic and we're in talks to replace my 29yr old furnace. The other company's repair estimate was 50% of a replacement. Wild. Note, CH is primarily a phone and email company so exercise a little patience in that regard.

As a DIYer I did have some hesitations with hiring a company to install my heat pump, however, I did want to do my due diligence and evaluate the cost of having it professionally installed with a warranty. I reached out to Complete Heating & Air Conditioning in early February because I had received two quotes from local HVAC companies that seemed very high. After chatting with them they sent out Wally the next day to provide a quote for installing a new heat pump and larger filter for our house. Wally was extremely professional and provided multiple options that would meet our needs. Their quote was much more competitive than the other larger companies and I decided to go with their services. They provided an install date for the next week (perks of planning ahead for summer warm weather!)
