Complete Heating & Cooling

Tried to hire Brandon for an install for getting propane. Doesn't answer his phone or email. Never communicates. Poor service and delays in time. Whole process was terrible. You definitely pay for what you get. Dont chose this guy....

I’ve hired Brandon to do all new furnaces, ac, mini splits and plumbing. It has been so unprofessional to say the least. Doesn't answer his phone, e-mail text. Never was done on time and honestly he says he’s a plumber but there is absolutely no way you should have them do plumbing let alone heating and cooling. The experience has gone so bad I’ve gotten the Samsung rep involved and Brandon doesn’t even reply to his own rep. So if you’re looking for someone to take you money, do a poor job and then not honor the work this company is for you. If that’s not what you’re looking for I’d suggest anyone else to do a better job. You get what you pay for and I learned that well in this case.
