If I could give negative stars, I would. Terrible service by the lady in the front. I ordered a door and when it arrived, they had given us the wrong measurements. when I went back to get a new one, she had an attitude from the start. She said she couldn't do anything, but it was on their part that the door was wrong. I brought the door in so that she could see that the measurements were wrong and she started accusing me of trying to steal another door. She is racist, she said "You people are always trying to scam..." She was yelling the whole time threatening to call the police if i didn’t take my door and leave. But I was there to get a new door ordered with the correct measurements. Terrible lady, reeks of cigarettes, racist, terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone else

This is as far from a big box store shopping experience as it gets. In a very good way, the owner greets you as soon as you enter the office and will help you get exactly what you need. No walking, no searching, just service, service, service. A refreshing shopping experience!
