Adrian and his team were incredible! They were professional, understood the job, requirements, walked us through our options, and delivered a high quality experience and product. The installation of our Trex railing and the underlying work his carpenters did was masterful and I would strongly recommend them to anyone doing an outdoor deck or railing project.

AM Leech Construction just completed a composite deck and deck cover at our home. The wood of the cover will be stained next week, then a continuous gutter will complete the project. My wife and I are delighted we chose Adrian Leech for this home upgrade. Adrian was easy and straight forward to work and communicate with. How a job like this turns out depends on the installers! You can use great products, but the final result totally depends on the ability and effort of the installers!! We had Dan and RJ for this job. Both were very skilled, detailed, focused on doing their best to get the best possible results and also men of integrity with good communication skills. When I say that we were absolutely blown away by the AM Leech team, I mean it! The owner, Adrian, was very responsive and great to work with. He took the time to review every aspect of our project to ensure the plans were exactly what we wanted. Our build team (Aiden and Branden) were incredible. They ensured nothing but the best quality - they sent back delivered materials because they were not to their standards, made some changes on the fly based on our feedback as well as their opinions. The team went above and beyond in every single aspect and were so respectful and communicative. I ensure you that you are paying for the best of the best and I cannot wait to use them for another project in the future!

The guys were prompt to start the days. At evening they cleaned the area; having everything ready for the next day. This allowed me to use the back yard if needed. They truly are a “working team!” When I had a few questions about the deck, they were thoughtful to listen to me and make a couple of changes. It was a pleasant experience! I would recommend them and their craftsmanship to anyone.

Adrian and his Team did a great job on our deck project. Communication was great with everyone involved. No suprises and fantastic workmanship. Because of engineering specs, they were able to improvise and have the deck turn out exactly as we wanted it. Dan and RJ were very friendly and on time every day. The job site was kept clean and tidy daily.
