Comprehensive Home Inspections

We hired Taylor to do the inspection on our new build in Kirkwood, and I'm really glad we did. Even though it's new construction, he found a few things the builder needed to address that we would've never caught on our own. He was super thorough and took the time to walk us through everything he was checking. Didn't rush through it at all. He also explained what we should keep an eye on as new homeowners, which was really helpful since this is our first house. Very knowledgeable guy and great to work with. Definitely recommend if you need an inspection in the area!

Taylor was as professional as it gets! He was on time and efficient. He thoroughly went through my condo and checked every box including necessary repairs, recommend repairs, and future improvements needed. Taylor didn't miss anything! Taylor completed a pre-drywall inspection for my new construction home yesterday morning, the detailed report was in my inbox this morning at 9am! Scheduling the inspection was easy & Sue was very responsive. She reached out to the builder directly to get a date that would ensure dry-wall wasn't installed but all other features would be ready for inspection. That was a huge relief as someone who doesn't know the timing of this process. Taylor graciously let me shadow him on the inspection and ask questions. He also paused to share information about the home that is incredibly helpful and things I wouldn't think to ask. The inspection report is detailed, easy to understand with many explanations woven in, and has a great system for differentiating fixes that are urgent/recommended fixes/not

Great Service and Experience working with Taylor! I am a first time home buyer buying a home that is 76 years old. Taylor was prompt, professional, and conducted a thorough inspection. He highlighted areas of interest, answered my many questions, and gave me solutions for any issues he found.
