Mr. Patterson was very pleasant from the time we spoke on the phone until completion of the dryer repair! Very prompt with diagnosis of the problem through obtaining the parts for repair to the completion! Same day service was an added benefit since other companies could not get to me for several days and some with no return call! Will definitely contact him in the future for repairs!
