From the very first meeting, they were professional, friendly, and clearly committed to delivering high-quality work. Throughout the entire process, their communication was excellent they kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure every detail was exactly as I wanted. The craftsmanship was truly impressive. The deck and patio not only look beautiful but also feel incredibly solid and well built. The quality of the materials they used is outstanding, and it’s clear they take great pride in doing things the right way. We worked with Renan and his team to build a mid-large size deck for our home. From the point of contacting him, to understanding our needs, developing drawings, getting approval from the township, he was a pleasure to work with. We contact him mid-winter and due to delays with our township, the project did not start until late March. However, once the project started, he was done in less than 2 weeks which included time for inspection. He send us daily updates, what to expect for the next day or next phase and was always very responsive to any requests we made to him. A very pleasing team to work with.

When it came time to finding a contractor to build a deck on my new home, I was surprised how difficult and inconvenienced contractors seemed every time I contacted them. Finally, I came upon Concept Decks and reached out about an estimate. Renan contacted me back quickly and seemed excited to have the opportunity to build my new deck. Renan and his team at Concept Decks made this process as smooth as it could have possibly went. From drawing up designs, submitting for permits, setting expected start dates, providing information on all materials, options available for the deck, accurate cost estimate, great communication from start to finish, and overall high quality work. After spending much time on a builder for our new deck project we decided to go with Concept Decks and glad we did. Renan was so easy to work with and his crew are some of the hardest workers and took care of all details. We wanted a change to the steps during the build and Renan was out the next day to go over the change and the deck was completed in the timeframe. Renan and his team really blew me away. During the initial meeting he was patient and very professional. He asked me questions that helped to shape my future project. He checked in with me from time to time with updates and gave me a projected start date. I love it when the projected start date actually becomes a reality. The team started and never took a pause. They worked all day long, even when the temps were cold. They sent me progress updates with photos. I loved watching how quickly the deck started to form.
