Jesse turned our pet soiled carpet like new! I am so regret that I don't have a before picture to show how dirty and soiled the carpet was. I can't be happier after we have the carpet restored! The house smells fresh now. Jesse is very professional. He showed up on time as promised. This was the second time I used his service. He is the owner of the company, which implies that he cares about the business and his customers. The price is very reasonable. No hidden fees. Everything was explained before he started. I got the invoice in email afterward. It actually costs less than expected.

Jesse did a phenomenal job on my rental property in Concord. Our property was a “flip” and we had multiple contractors in and out of the house for three months. After looking around at many other options in the area, we chose to go with Jesse to clean our kitchen tile that hadn't been deep cleaned since we moved in six years ago. I will recommend Concord Carp Cleaners in a heartbeat. They are very responsive, accommodating as far as making an appointment; and punctual when showing up. They managed to remove pet stains, that no other company we tried could. The carpet is like new! The service is a bit pricier. But taking into consideration the outcome, it was worth the money. Fantastic and Friendly Service! I needed to have the sectional couch I picked up years ago from Scandinavian Designs cleaned due to some caked in water stains. Jesse was very responsive.
