Without hesitation, we wholeheartedly recommend Concord Kitchen and Design Center based upon the exceptional service received during our recent bathroom renovation. First, kudos to Andrew Budd who is conscientiousness, collaborative and friendly - a consummate professional. His diligent attention to detail, considerate responsiveness and patient understanding with change orders, inspires confidence at every turn. Second, the thorough drawings, schematics and concise cost estimates provided are most beneficial. Finally, straightforward communication regarding supply chain delivery expectations assures scheduling accuracy. We appreciate the complete ease experienced throughout our process working with Concord Kitchen and Design Center as well as the completely gratifying end result.

This was a terrible experience, and stupefyingly poor customer service. When my countertops arrived, they came in three pieces, only one of which was cut correctly, two of which were cut incorrectly, and one of those was cut so badly it simply had to be scrapped and started over. In addition to this, my backsplash simply was never done and was not ready to be installed. I should mention at this point that my credit card was charged the morning prior to installation, so the company had their full money before they ever delivered anything and then they did not deliver the full product they were supposed to, and the product they delivered was damaged and incorrect. We had a decent size Kitchen expansion project, and went to this firm because they were the company who put in the original cabinets when the house we just bought was built two years ago. After several visits, and calls, to Kitchen Works, it became a repeated chase to get them to follow up, and even an e-mail to manager & President of Concord Lumber, (who owns them) voicing my displeasure I how long it was taking to get a quote. They finally did respond after my email to the president, but it took over a month to finally get the quote, which was then incomplete and had design questions/issues that now arose and unanswered. This is an affiliate of Concord Lumber in Concord. The person who assisted me after selling me on the job was difficult to reach and the store was not responsive. Attempts to get a time for installation were not responded to by either the Acton store or Concord Lumber. I would not recommend this company for any work.

I was surprised by the variety and options of kitchen equipment that you could purchase here. It seems like a smaller shop that it truly is. Great, helpful staff with high quality products. If you are into any form of cooking and need something specific ranging from knives, glass ware, to special baking pans and tools then this is the place you need to go and not waste time anywhere else.
