After stress filled days at work, I always smile when I pull into my driveway and view a well mowed yard. Bonus, the smell of fresh cut grass! Not being able to care for our small yard, it was our lucky day when Tim came out to give an estimate and agreed to take us as his customer. We needed a lawn repair after having a new septic tank installed, and we selected Concord Lawn and Landscape for our project. We based our decision on reviews from former customers, who all gave Tim high praise for the quality of his work and his responsiveness to any follow-up requests. Our due diligence paid off because we are extremely happy with the results. We watched Tim work and were impressed with the care he took around our existing flower beds and hardscaping. He brought a mix of nice black soil/compost and used it to amend the existing soil, which in our area is sandy and poor. Very pleased with the service of Concord & Landscape. My lawn, bushes were in need of severe trimming. But weeding the area was a huge task. My lawn had grown to 2 1/2 feet and was a jungle. I have contracted for biweekly lawn mowing and received quotes for a few special services. The owner Tim is punctual, thorough and reasonable. He provides services to the three properties on my end of the street and he does a great job! He is also nice and does thoughtful touches and touch ups when he is in neighborhood.
