Awful. Had the option to prepay before we got to our vehicle - but the line to get out was 12+ vehicles long - took over 20 minutes to get out then it charged us an additional $1.00 due to the length of time it took to get to the bottom. There was zero signage to explain what each lane was for. Seriously awful. Avoid this parking garage at all costs!!!
