We had a fantastic experience with this company. They recently completed our flooring, and we were on a very tight timeline. Not only did they meet the deadline, but they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They were flexible, accommodating, and clearly cared about helping us stay on schedule. Tim was especially great to work with. He was always quick to answer questions and consistently returned my calls promptly. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated given the time crunch. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional flooring work.

Everything about the entire process was very timely and professional! Saw their commercial and contacted them online. They come to the house to measure everything and go over the entire process. Pay a 50% deposit and then someone else will contact you to schedule the work. They actually came a week earlier than initially expected. Due to the wet weather, they took two days but initially thought it would take two. I loved that they worked around our traveling schedule and even asked detailed questions to make sure their timing would work out with our potential guests! There were about 5 guys working on the coating process since there’s multiple layers, not to mention the initial coating needed since the concrete was wet. Love the finish and end product! It’s pretty costly but worth it!

They “fit” us in just right. The attention to detail. And presentation of ideas was very impressive. The five star account started when Chris the salesperson came and met us. He was very professional and not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions and put no pressure on us. He quoted us a price and we accepted it. Chris was always available for additional questions we had. It seemed like our hardest part was picking out the color. We walked our neighborhood and looked for properties that had the coatings already applied. We contacted Chris for the colors that were used and he gave us the color name. Chris stayed in contact letting us know on the date they were to start. We were contacted one week prior to the start date to see if they could start early. We agreed on a date. We had moisture in our garage concrete and it needed to have a moisture barrier applied the day bef

I was very much impressed with their-on time work ethics, and responsibilities to they're customers. I was amazed with their attention to the details, and clean look of the finished product. They were very thorough in their clean-up, they even vacuumed the lawn to remove the flakes that were scattered. Even my wife was impressed with the finished product. Jackson and Mark did an outstanding job! We are extremely happy with the finished product, and would highly recommend them to anyone
