I didn't actually hire this company. Why? I never got past the fact that I never actually SPOKE to a person, nor the fact that they went on my property without my knowledge or consent to make an estimate they never discussed with me. I got texts that I thought were some sort of AI program that just asked basic questions. If in fact it was a human, they never said so and never gave their name. I expected a phone call to schedule an appointment to discuss the work I wanted done. You know, face to face with a human who had a name - like every other company does business with their potential customers. Instead, I received an email with an estimate and pictures that only proved they were on my property - and I never gave them permission to do so! I just now replied to the email I received with

Adam came out for an estimate, really liked the quote. Best price I received. I didn't respond right away, he reached out once. I explained I was super busy and would get back to him soon. He didn't hear back, didn't hound me. But he did send me a notice of discount pricing.
