Concrete Pros Ready Mix

If we could give zero stars we would. Takes 7 hours to pour out 12 trucks and even their drivers tell us they have to wait to load up because the don't pay for their mix on time. Takes no responsibility for less than subpar service and will tell you that "things happen" after you have to pay double for finishers and a pump after they send two trucks an hour. Don't do business with them unless you budget for double the normal amount for a pour and want cold joints on your jobs

By far the worst customer service/ concrete company you can order from. Had a 4:30 a.m. pour due to the plant asking if I could pour out early to fit "THERE" schedule yet only got 5 trucks before 8 a.m. with pump truck set up since 4a.m. I didn't get my last truck till 10 a.m. and I only ordered 120 yards. Joke right? Especially when I have there second to last driver show up saying the hold up at the plant is because "Sam" the plant manager or "Gabriela" didn't pay for the material ahead of time for my job which caused a 2 hour delay. DO NOT RECOMMEND CONCRETE PROS

Professional, organized, on time, Highly recommended

Do not hire, they will not show up. We hired them for concrete delivery, and we hired extra people to help us, and Concrete Pros did not show up. They even called in the morning to confirm, and they still stood us up. They would not answer the phone.
