Customer service here is great. I accidentally called the wrong number and called Mike instead to report a driver. He was super nice and very helpful. I ended up calling the police and the correct company (RI Ready Mix). Compared to the other company and this one, Mike was very nice and calm and cared about what happened vs. the other guy just said “I’ll take care of it.” Thank you mike for speaking to me even when I figured out it was the wrong place. If I ever need concrete help I will definitely be coming here/referring to this place just because of today.
