Concrete Ready Mix

The pricing was competitive and they had their own pump so I thought I got a good deal but when I got the invoice I noticed that I did not get fiberglass in the concrete like I ordered. When I called the guy said I never told him fiberglass which I did (several people around me hear me and confirmed this) and that he talks to a lot of people all day and didn't remember. The overall tone of the the person I was dealing with (i think it was the owner) was rude and he could care less that the entire order was wrong. The order came up short even though I had them check the amount of concrete by giving the exact measurements and when the truck was short a yard for the job they would not deliver more. I had to call another company which would only deliver 3 or more yards plus the pump charge

I recently did my driveway with this company and the job is above average. I have to give it a 3 start rating because after I paid them (a mistake I won’t make again), I realized the paint job was not ok and there were lots of bubbles in the paint and spray marks on the concrete. I try to contact the sale person to come see the issue and provide a solution but since they already got paid nobody reply to me. I want to recommend them to other neighbors but after this I will tell everyone that ask me to use a different company.

Terrible. They baited and switched me. I ordered Stamped Concrete and they gave me Eurotile. I tried to file an insurance claim and they would not provide their insurance agent information. Let the buyer beware. Horrible. I had to give them one star in order to complete my review. However, I would not give them any stars. Crooks.

I have been working with them for more than 10 years with no issues, if it was, Rudy was always pleased to resolve it, Concrete Ready Mix has the most quick concrete delivery in Miami/Broward area, recently I made a large driveway, finishing service was excellent, smooth, thank you Rudy.

I have to say thanks to this company. Waiting for Huracan Irma in south Florida, all residents were struggling for materials to protect homes... this company give us free sand to filled bags... on desperate moments all this help make a big difference. Thanks again.
