Concrete Repairman® Foundation Repair

The whole team at Concrete Repairman and Foundation did a spectacular job repairing a six-foot crack in my stem wall that went all the way through into my garage and was spreading. I called five companies to get quotes and out of those five only three got back to me. None of the others had availability to give me a quote or even look at the job for between one and two weeks. Concrete Repairman had someone the next day, and had the job scheduled for < 72 hours later. The quote they provided was a tenth of what other companies had estimated on the phone. The crack in my foundation went all the way through into the garage and was caused by rusted rebar. They dug out the rebar, replaced and waterproofed it then repaired the concrete. James, the owner of the company, came out and reassured me that most of what I was worried about was nothing more than cosmetic issues. He told me how to go about fixing it myself and save some money. Bt James did point out a couple of areas that had real foundation issues that went beyond being cosmetic, and he quoted me what I think is a very fair price to get it repaired.
