I followed up with them a year after my purchase with an issue I was having. I emailed them through the "Contact Us" link on their website. Christopher CALLED me within 15 minutes and spent about 20 minutes on the phone understanding the problem and explaining my options. He later recommended another company that offered a product they don't carry. Now honesty, you just cannot beat that kind of customer service. Great products, great people. Over the past several weeks I have been researching and researching concrete sealers for my new metal building. I wish we can give a 10 star for this company for the fast service and support they gave us. We sent a text on a question we had about the product and received a phone call 10 minutes later. Who does that! We also received a phone call on Sunday telling us UPS damage one box and a new one was on the way. The company is not open on Sundays but they found a way to call us. Why aren't other companies like that. We highly recommend Concrete Sealer USA for all are concrete supplies in the future.
