Santiago does great work, goes above and beyond and does exactly what he says he's going to do. It is almost impossible to find a contractor anymore that takes pride in their work AND be reliable. Best service all around! Repaired an outdoor slab leak and can barely tell anything was done. Had some tile work, woodwork and drywall - all to perfection!

Santiago is a really nice guy. But the work we had done leaves a lot to be desired. What started out fine - $5600 worth of staining our back patio - turned out not so good. The stain started coming off within 2 months. He came out, shook his head in disbelief, and tried to touch up the spots where the old patio showed through. Two more months and more spots. I called again and again he came to the house and touched up. Now we're selling the house and there are many areas where the stain has come off. We give up. I even bought some stain and touched up some spots myself and completely re-did a strip of flagstone that they totally messed up. How someone who's been in the business for 30 years can't know why the stain is coming off my patio is beyond me. Maybe he'll do fine for your job... an
