I have contacted them twice about having work done - the first time, my project was too small and not worth their time. The second time, they wanted a complete set of building plans to pour a concrete addition for my garage. Both times they were short and rude on the phone. I'd guess my peasant garage project wasn't worth their time either. They have good reviews, so I wanted to give them another chance to help me on a bigger project. I'll look elsewhere from now on for current and future projects.

Called asking about a concrete patio and before even getting to say much else the receptionist said, "We're not taking on any small projects right now," then silence. I understand there is a line that I need to get into and I didn't want it right this second. She offered no solution of when they would be ready for a small project. Apparently this is a theme with this company so maybe they shouldn't offer "small" projects on their website as something they do.

They hit my car year ago in topeka and the owner didn't care about his employees actions. His insurance did pay me well once I got a lawyer. But here in kc they must train them to ride your bumper and throw beer cans at your car

Wow! Talk about a good experience. Truck driver/boom operator was top notch! Showed up early had everything set up and ready to pour, then he came and helped finish the concrete in between trucks. Wish I knew his name because he deserves recognition!

Very rude people! Would never give them my business. With so many options, choose a company that will treat you nicely.
