Jonathan Castellar Jr. was awesome. Excellent service. Polite. Respectable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and show me before and after photos. He cleaned up everything after he was finished and reviewed everything he completed on our unit. We have already recommended Conditioned Air to another family in our neighborhood.

Michael George from Conditioned Air performed our semi-annual planned maintenance on our air conditioning units, and his work was outstanding. He was extremely conscientious and went well beyond what other technicians have done in the past, taking the time to be thorough and detail-oriented rather than rushing through the visit. Equally impressive was how clean and respectful he was of the premises. He kept everything neat while working and left the area spotless when he was finished, which is not always the case with service calls. Michael’s professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in his work truly set him apart. I highly recommend Michael George and hope to have him service our units again in the future.

We had a great experience with Duane Williams from Conditioned Air Company. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to give us helpful tips on how to properly care for our unit to keep it running efficiently. Duane was able to quickly detect the issues and clearly explained what needed to be done. He even stayed late to make sure the job was completed correctly after encountering some difficulty removing the old part. His professionalism, dedication, and kindness truly stood out. We’re very grateful for his excellent service and highly recommend him.

Leo was informative, clean and respectful. It was a maintenance appt. so there was no charge. I do have issues with the way my system was installed before we moved in. I. Can’t put the filter in the right way, I have to cut it to fit, because the system was installed wrong,as u can c in the photo.

Alberto MORRELL Fernandez can to my house today to do maintenance on the air conditioning systems. He was very thorough and explained everything he had done. I will be requesting him next time for sure. Great job to the Conditioned Air team
