Condray & Young LLC

I recently changed my lawn irrigation service provider to Condray & Young LLC due to my previous maintenance provider going out of business. I have been extremely happy with that decision as their service techs have been great to work with on a few issues I had with my system. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and have provided solutions to problems I'd been having with my in-ground system. Condray & Young takes care of my spring start-up, fall winterizing, and annual backflow testing and have my irrigation system running better than ever. Their website is easy to access, very user friendly, and makes scheduling & invoicing a breeze. Overall, I couldn't be happier having them on board as my residential lawn irrigation maintenance provider.

We have used Condray & Young for a number of different things and they have always been timely, professional, and reasonably priced for the quality of work that they do.

The equipment didn’t work right. Chainsaw had bad teeth. It took around 2 hours longer than normal. They grounded the tree stump barely underground and the small grinder broke and it took about 3 hours to fix it. Then they couldn’t finish grinding the above ground roots like the contract said. I wasn’t giving a decent discount. The first number I said yes to because I know they wouldn’t except my offer.

Condray and Young are so easy to work with. They are artists for your yard! They are yartists! Every time they leave our yard looks like a painting. Thank you, Kelly!
