Conejo Tankless Water Heaters

Recommended by a good friend with extensive experience in construction. We are very pleased to pass our own recommendation on! Excellent tankless water heater!!! Zero problems over 11 years!!!! Use same company for regular service on the water heater and for all of our residential plumbing needs. We have replaced a number of things including valves, hoses, toilets, and faucets over those same 11 years. They also have done awesome work for my mom. Always leave us in a cleaner, better state than we were in before they came! Great people who do a great job for a fair price and really care about their customers!!!!

EXCELLENT & HONEST! I called Roy when fixing a power outage issue (which I thought had affected my water heater), didn’t fix the water heater after the electrician had left. By the time I called Roy, it was late afternoon and he was kind enough to stop on his way home. He fixed the problem so fast, I felt bad about calling him out so I asked him about another plumbing issue that had just occurred the same day with a broken toilet handle. He gave me the best option - even waited while I googled the part and told me what to watch out for when I ordered a new part and to be aware that the handle flush mechanism is reverse-threaded if I wanted to replace it myself. He didn’t try to sell me any additional services, was pleasant and understanding which made the inconvenience of no hot water or W
