Congress Street iParkit Garage

Parked Friday..Oct 31 2025 for 4 hours starting at noon. Expected $2 per hour, but credit card booth charged $20.00. - does someone owe me a refund? Is Halloween a holiday? Please put a rate sign at the entrance. If you google rate for parking downtown, I believe it says $2 is the going rate. Is this a private ramp?

SCAM. This deck has signage as if they are part of the Savannah Public Parking system. You think you are parking on a weekend at a rate of $5 per day. 2.5 hours later you are charged $25. **** Response from mgmt is lame and a cut and paste response to the truth. Again, Congress Street Park is a SCAM operation. ****

I parked there last night on 8-9-2025 To go on a date with my husband to walk around Savannah. We were only parked for one hour and three minutes and it cost $25. We had to park on the sixth floor and walk six floors down and six floors up because the elevators were broke. I don’t think they should charge those prices if they can’t accommodate the elevator at least. I was highly disappointed and will never park in this parking deck again. I feel bad for people who come to visit Savannah and have to pay outrageous prices like that just to park and see our beautiful city. Talk about price gouging it’s ridiculous!! I am highly disappointed! ☹️

Parking in Savannah is what it is. This is a great location to be, priced fair overall. I could not get the QR code to read from their application at check out, so I had to pay twice. Once I contacted them iParkit, I was issued a credit with 5 business days.

I do not recommend parking here. Spaces are way too small. Yes some jerk hit my car and damaged it. Owner of the place not helpful at all in reviewing the video to track down car that hit me. If you get hit and they take off nothing you can do, you’re on private property. Again spaces WAY TOO SMALL! Also no security, place reeked of pot too. Felt very unsafe.
