One of the easiest electronic devices I have purchased. Plugged it in and it just about worked. Wi Fi worked Internet didn't Called CSG support, they answered quickly looked at my router online and fixed it. Up and running in less than 10 minutes. Went to Texas the next day turned it on and everything worked like a charm. Plugged the desktop into it and it was up and running. No programming or setting up anything It just worked. And that is how things should be done.
