Connecticut Basement Systems

This entire experience has been incredible. I’ve been wanting to do my basement for 15 years and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The project manager Dan Medina answered every question I had and made the job run smoothly. He saw my vision and brought it to life. The carpenters Roberto and Jovan were such hard workers and I looked forward each day to see how the project was coming together with all their hard work. The electricians Manny and Chris brought light to such a dark basement and also made sure everything was safe and up to code. I’m grateful for all of you and would highly recommend this company.

It took a few weeks to get appointment set up but they did great with emails and phone calls to get everything set up. Mario the one who did the repair was great. Was in and out in about 2.5 hours. 10 year warranty on the FlexiSpan. It was not nearly as expensive as I thought it was going to be.

CT Basement Systems recently completed refinishing our basement and waterproofing the surrounding crawl space. The work was done extremely well, on time. All questions or concerns were answered promptly, and the crew couldn't have been more responsible. Shout out to electrician Manny, carpenter Luis and project manager Bruce for making everything go smoothly and making things look great!

This was the second day that Jony and his crew did a superb job on my insulation. The crew was on time, Jony answered all my questions, they worked diligently and the cleanup was surprisingly well done. I had to leave my house for several hours and Jony kept me updated on the progress. In my opinion, the Connect Basement System is #1.

Al did an excellent job! The work came out better than I could have expected. Al and his team were at the property on time and they completed the work in the exact time he told me it would take.
