Connecticut Convention Center Garage (Propark)

Parked here for 6 years. Every day there is some sort of mess in this place. Monday mornings usually there are smashed bottles or beer cans all over. People have vomited all over after bar hopping. Usually a strong smell of pot in there which is horrible for folks trying to go to work.The gates are junk they work once a week. They took the stairs out of commission last year and only had 2 at best working elevators. Any given week there is a broken elevator. Paid a ton of money to park here just for dings in my doors, ran over 2 nails from constant work, I've picked up drill bits and other sharp material where people drive. Just stay away if you can. The people working here are very nice was my only positive experience.

Extremely Frustrating Exit Experience I parked on the 4th floor of the convention center parking garage and have now been stuck for over 50 minutes just trying to leave. The traffic flow is completely mismanaged, with no visible staff directing cars or helping with congestion. For a facility that serves large events, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. There should be better planning in place for high-traffic times. If you have somewhere to be after your event, do not park here—you’ll regret it.

Plenty of parking. But don't lose your ticket or you're going to have to pay the full day fee instead of the the little bit of a rate for just the time you stayed when I went I paid the full day rate of 25.00 because I lost my ticket

Please tow non-EV cars parked in EV spots. Like you signs say.

I enjoyed being at the convention center for the WinterFest volleyball tournament. They do a great job there. Parking is easy enough and plentiful. Everything is laid out seamlessly, and there are plenty of food options in the surrounding area.
