Kevin at CT Pet Containment System has been extremely responsive since he installed his electronic fence some years ago. We’ve been delighted with its performance. We have a large property and an active dog, and it seems typical that we might have an issue from time to time (e.g., lawn service accidentally cut the fence perimeter wire). Kevin always called us back quickly and worked to troubleshoot a remedy.

We have worked with Kevin for years. He is so professional and responsive…and our dogs love him! When we got our new puppy, Kevin made training easy and effective. If we’ve ever had a problem (such as when our lawn company broke the dog fence wire while doing aeration), Kevin is right there to fix it ensuring continued safety for our dogs. I highly recommend CT Pet Containment!

Kevin is very responsive and helpful with problems and issue that can arise. To know my dog is safe outside within the boundaries I set, is a peace of mind worth investing in!

Our service was in 5/23. At first I was happy with their work. I called to add an additional line so my dog wouldn't cross over and paid for that new line. They came and did it, but they obviously didn't do a good job. My dog crosses over easily. But now she could cross over all the lines. i asked them various times to come and take a look to see if they did something wrong on their end. They have acted super unprofessional they kept giving me the run around and said they would come and NEVER DID! Once they got the money, they could careless after that! Till this day they never reached out or fixed it. A big waste of money!

I could not be happier with my new electric fence installed by Kevin and his team. Kevin's expertise was invaluable and the fence he installed was just as we planned. He is reliable, friendly and takes great pride in his work.
