Not sure what the negative comment is for the one-star review, as Connell's Lawn Service has been nothing short of amazing since we hired them in 2018. We've had them ever since. The grass is always trimmed, and even items left in the yard are moved and not just mowed around. Everything is trimmed as it should be. My grass has never been overgrown or unsightly, even when I've had other work going on. They still manage to go above and beyond. The price is fair, and I have no problem with it increasing to match the current economic prices.

I agreed to have my grass mowed weekly. It had been cut two weeks earlier. I was given a price of $35 and told they would send an email invoice before they came. They never sent it. They came and spent less than an hour mowing and then billed me $100 for a “clean up”. Not sure what they cleaned up. I prefer businesses that do what they say they will do. Make sure you get an invoice before they work or suffer the same fate. 👎🏾

They are reliable and courteous. They do a good job and if you have a concern they will discuss and remediate the problem.
