He communicated clearly, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and showed incredible patience in answering all of our questions. We truly felt valued as a customer. During the project, a small adjustment was needed and it was handled quickly and professionally. We appreciated the transparency and the care taken to ensure everything was completed with care. After receiving a quote from another company to replace 5 windows in our home I was sticker shocked, so I called Conner Exteriors. Jonny came out and was very helpful and the price was 20k cheaper than the other company. We signed the contract and were told it may be up to 12 weeks to get the windows (this is not abnormal) but Conner had our windows installed within a month. The windows look amazing! Jeremy was quick to answer any questions we had throughout the process. The installers, Brian & Garrett, work hard, take their time, are very respectful and want to make it perfect. Jeromie was the project manager and walked us through each step. Aaron did the heavy lifting and worked diligently over several days. Conner Exteriors just finished building a nice Florida Room on the back of our house. It was a very nice experience from beginning to the finish. Jeromie at Connor kept in touch with us from permitting through finish. Brian and Gary (Garrett) did the actual construction and were very careful to be sure everything was done right. And, Hunter was very helpful with planning with suggesting an extended concrete pad and roof to create a great grilling area. Can't wait to fire up the grill for some tasty ribs. Dealing with Conner Exteriors and more was a pleasure from Estimate thru completion. We had them redo our Indoor Lanai and Outdoor Screen Room. All of the Tradesman that worked on our new lanai room were professional, courteous and friendly. We were informed of each step throughout the process!. No surprise arrivals from workers or foreman. Kevin, even went to the extent of customizing a roof for protection from rain for our Screen Room portion of the Lanai! We would look for no other for future work on our exterior.
