Avoid this firm like the plague! We contracted with him to install an aluminum fence with handrails and a gate on our front porch in February. He ordered the parts and started work in April. After installing the first railing he realized he had made a design error on the second railing. He then decided he needed more parts. He then made 7+ appointments to come out and finish the job between June and September and didn’t show up for any of them. After September he wouldn’t respond to texts, phone calls, or emails. I completed railing install myself in early November with the parts that he had originally provided. The gate cannot be installed as he ordered the wrong size and then attempted to modify it making it totally unusable.

I called the owner and it took him three weeks to get back with me. He came out and did the measuring and said he would get back in touch with the estimate. A week went by and I didn't hear anything from him so I called him and asked him about the estimate, he told me to email him my email address and that he would send the estimate to me. Another week went by and I still didn't hear anything from him again. I called him and he claimed that he had to resend emails because they were not going through. After checking my email, spam, and junk folders another four days had went by and yet again I still didn't receive the estimate. I call him back and left a message and I text him, to this day I still haven't heard from him. That is so unprofessional and childish. If you don't want to do a job

Did a great job installing our fence. We had a wooden fence put in. Several neighbors had wooden and vinyl fences installed after ours and they all have had issues with their fence in the wind. Ours has held strong after nearly a year with no issues. Highly recommend!
