Conrad Biddinger Contracting

As a neighbor of a property they are helping build, this company showed a blatant disregard for the safety of the neighbors or respect for noise ordinances (regularly operating before 0630am on weekdays…as early as 0530 when the law stated no later than 7am). Extremely disrespectful and overall lack of regard for rules or safety of neighboring individuals. I guess if you want a job done quickly or ahead of schedule you can hire them, but expect to run the risk of loss of building permits, delays & fines due to total disregard for local laws.

Ended up driving behind one of their trucks on i95 and got three nickel-sized cracks in my windshield as a result of poor gravel management. I called the company multiple times and left a message about their truck and my windshield. Never got a call back and they never answer the phone. Not a company I would employ.

I purchased a boulder from them, had it delivered and a little help placing it. They were responsive, efficient, and honest every step of the way. No run around or aggravation!

Everyone is different but Mr. Conrad is a good man.
