A water heater in my house broke on Valentine's day, on Friday, around 4pm (the tank cracked, so it was completely dead). Portland got a fair amount of snow on that day, too. By 5pm next day, roughly 24hr later, good folks at Conrad Heating & Cooling had the new heater installed and running. The installation was done professionally, the dispatcher was amazingly helpful - and the price was fair and reasonable. I am very happy to recommend this company, they are punctual, respond extremely quickly, and they know their trade. Thank you so much for the job well done!!!

This is a scam company - paid for estimate but they never showed. They dont actually exist, its a hijacked google business account. Charges on credit card came back to "Premium Home Service" - look it up, total scam
