Consider It Done

Pat was amazing. Great communication and he did a fast clean job taking out our fireplace in Gold Camp II HOA. I feel bad because we got a last minute long rental and it put this into a tight time crunch due to that and a new siding project happing soon in the complex. Somehow they were able to squeeze us in. We really appreciate all they did for us they did some service on our last condo fireplaces too. Great company. I own construction companies in Colorado Springs and know a well run company when I see one. Highly recommend them

We have used Mike with Consider It Done, once to clean our gas fireplace and on another occasion to clean our wood burning stove in our rental unit. He was very responsive and made appointments promptly. Mike followed up with a text prior to the appointment to confirm and was always on time. He laid dust sheets down and kept the area incredibly clean. He discussed safety concerns as well as recommendations, but we never felt like he was pushing us into buying more services. We would definitely use Consider It Done again!

Mike did an excellent job. I had a new dryer coming in and needed the vent to be cleaned before the installation. I contacted Mike on a Sunday evening and he responded early Monday morning. He was able to accommodate my schedule. He was very prompt in communicating with me. I will definitely use him in the future.

I am not one to post bad reviews and always try to give someone the benefit of any possible doubt. But the work done by "Consider it Done" was obviously poor, highly questionable and very over priced. I scheduled an inspection and sweep. In addition, I asked simple questions regarding firewood and highlighted a large crack in the metal wood stove that prompted me to schedule in the first place. After no reply to my emails, I reviewed the home video and noticed their technician was there for 10 minutes and only vacuumed/swept. The report mentions nothing of a crack and indicates that there was no CO detector which there is. Clearly, no inspection was done. This is obviously very concerning when you have an unsafe wood stove and young kids in the house. Invoice was then sent for $185 (10 min

Mike at Consider It Done did an excellent job cleaning our dryer duct and cleaning/repairing our fireplace. Mike communicated promptly and professionally. He even contacted me a few hours before his scheduled arrival to confirm. While he was here, he answered all of our questions and made suggestions. We highly recommend Consider It Done!
