Been here at least a half dozen times over the last decade and this Salem branch has always been extremely professional and extremely helpful, plus better prices than other retailers, on quality merchandise no less. I'm surprised these people don't have a solid 5 stars they're so awesome, but when you're retail and dealing with the public, especially these days, good luck because one random karen having a bad day will ruin an honest man's reputation with glee.

Went in to get a quote for some products for my business. The guy at the counter treated me like I am a idiot (woman) and tried to talk down to me then when I told him exactly what I wanted and needed a quote, he stated that "we do hundreds of thousands of dollars with companies" and so kindly (sarcasm) passed a quote to me which actually was decent and if I would have cared to do business with them, I am sure I would have negotiated an even better price but I was so irritated with this guy and the men behind him knew he was being an jerk but they just kept out of it. That says alot to me about the culture at CS. I almost lost my cool but decided he was not worth my time. Too bad for them because they lost a new customer. Very unorganized!!! I place an order for items in stock, they say they will pull the order and have it ready. I show up and it takes an hour for them to pull the order. Also I place an order that needs to come from a manufacturer, they forget to order it. This is their regular work flow not a once in awhile mistake. I have changed to the other guys as my supplier.

Friendly staff, fast and efficient. Large stock of in stock parts and fast shipping on special orders. My go to for all things plumbing.
