Just moved to the area and needed help figuring out why our heat pump was using emergency heat when it did not need to. Trevor spent a lot of time checking out our system and recommended a few adjustments that would work with our 10 year old system. He made sure the adjustments they were doing would also work with a new system when we need it. I like that he was willing to puzzle through this with us and his employee, Hunter also spent a lot of time installing the adjustments and helping us navigate the equipment. I would recommend them highly and plan on using there services from this point on! Quality people doing quality work.

Constant comfort has been constantly reliable. Both in quality of their estimate on our Bosch heat pump install. As well as continued prompt customer service after the fact. The staff is unfailingly polite, respectful, and helpful. When I call I feel like I have the whole team at constant comfort actively trying to help me. During this winters storm my heat pump had an issue and they were out to look at it the same day. They replaced some parts at no charge quickly for me and had my heat pump up and running in no time. Highly Recommended! When I called Constant Comfort Solutions, my 15-year-old heat pump system broke during the coldest part of the 2025 winter. Trevor came and using fantastic diagnostic tools helped me solve some 35-year-old design flaws. There was no "upselling". We reused all items that were compatible with the new system. The installation team did a remarkable job and even repaired a wiring issue from the previous unit. Recently I had a new Smart Thermostat installed and the service technician explained clearly how the advanced technology worked differently from my previous system.

Trevor, Ryan, and crew did a fabulous installation of two HVAC units and an instant-on hot water system in our new home. We utilized propane for the two hybrid HVAC units and the hot water system. The gas manifold system and the gas pipe runs were surgical in precision and function. They were professional, friendly, and informative. Trevor spent quite some time with me in discussing HVAC and hot water options taking function, desires, and cost into account. The end result of all the above is a comfortable, cost effective result for my new house. I will continue to use Constant Comfort Solutions for my systems maintenance and would definitely use them again for any new project I would have.

These guys were incredible, professional, wonderful engineering to get the duct work for our minisplit where we needed it, and the drains tucked totally out of the way. servicing was simple and effective, Trevor is fantastic, Hunter is the man.
