Constitution Plaza Parking

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SECURITY!!! Be cautious parking in the downtown Hartford Laz parking garages, especially the garage at One Constitution Plaza. I paid monthly parking there for me and my employees because of the perceived security of having many cameras in the parking area and entrances to the parking garage. When my vehicle was vandalized, I asked for the camera footage to see who did it and to call/inform the police, when I was informed that none of the cameras are working to record any activity. During this discussion, I was provided a claim form from Laz, and now when my insurance company spoke to Wendy, it seems that they will not take any liability and will not pay for any damage. Not good, closes early, lifts alway broken

Avoid this parking garage on a Saturday night for a concert! They close at 6:30pm! Take your business elsewhere!
